While I don’t have any personal experience with Baby Foot, here’s what I found after doing a bit of research. Being an all-natural beauty product advocate, going through the ingredients list was my first step. Right off the bat I saw things I didn’t particularly like. Personally, I’m not a fan of the main ingredients (chemicals), and I would not let this soak on my own skin for an hour (as the directions suggest).
Instead, to improve my feet for sandal season I would start with ARCH Sole Savour Scrub and a basic foot file in shower. Then I would do a foot soak in warm water with 5-10 drops of ARCH Sole Savour Nail Oil and 2 tablespoons Epsom salt. After soaking for about 15 minutes, I’d take a second pass with the ARCH Sole Savour Scrub and foot file, being sure to work the gel scrub into a rich lather and target dry spots. Next, I’d dry my feet thoroughly with a coarse towel to facilitate dead skin slough. I would finish off with ARCH Sole Savour Nail Oil on my nails and cuticles and ARCH Sole Savour Crème all over my feet, focusing on the heels. This whole process takes about 30 minutes, and will probably be more work than simply putting your foot in a bag for 1 hour, but it uses all naturally derived ingredients and it is good for your feet!
